Thanks for sharing your experience Carol! Unfortunately, I wished I would have read your article sooner before I signed up with them last month. Now I paid them $300 that I'm never seeing back. Tried to contact their help support but there's no actual link. When I emailed them, they told me that I passed the refund policy period even though I contacted them the day before the renewal for August. Ahh I'm totally over Contena!
